Vignudelli Wines was born with a clear goal: to produce wines without additives that directly and authentically express the raw material. Every choice in the vineyard and in the cellar is oriented toward simplicity and respect for natural processes.

In recent years the world has changed and we with it; our habits, our way of living and perceiving nature have changed, leading us to have a more conscious and respectful approach to our surroundings.
At Vignudelli Wines, we have in fact decided to adopt more sustainable production processes that respect the land, the product and the consumer.
For this reason, we produce wines without the addition of additives through the use of a quality grape.

We use only the best grapes so that we intervene as little as possible in the finished product.
Only in this way can we create unique wines that do not need the addition of additives.

OUR PRODUCTS
Natural Wines – Napoleon
Wines made from hand-picked Marsanne grapes, native to the northern Rhone region, and introduced to the hills of Piacenza by Napoleonic troops. The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level on limestone and alkaline soils. Bottling takes place in late winter with the addition of must for second fermentation in the bottle. In this way the wine becomes naturally sparkling in the spring. Without the addition of sulfur dioxide.
NAPOLÉON SUR LIE
Marsanne grapes. The wine reaches its “sparkling” in a natural way in spring All this without the addition of sulfites but thanks to indigenous yeasts.

Manual harvest of Marsanne and Malvasia grapes. On the Nose notes of candied fruit, honey, lavender, and smoked wood, the palate is enveloping, savory, and full, going from soft honey notes to sour notes of lime and cedar.
